Market Butcher Refund & Return Policy

At Market Butcher, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.
Returns
We only accept returns or replacements if:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- Your item has a manufacturing defect.
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your order is significantly different from what was ordered.
If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the problem.
We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
- Color preference changes.
- Buyer remorse.
- Accidental orders.
- General wear after use.
Please review all sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund after reviewing the submitted photos.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because each product is custom made.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.
We'll work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
