All products are custom made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

4. Production & Fulfillment

All products are custom printed after an order is placed.

Production generally begins shortly after purchase and cannot be stopped once printing has started.

Because every item is made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept cancellations once production has begun.

5. Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidelines only.

Delivery times may vary due to:

Shipping carrier delays
Customs processing
Weather
Holidays
Events beyond our control

Market Butcher is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer remorse
Color preference
Accidental orders
