Every Market Butcher product is made to order. This allows us to offer premium-quality apparel and accessories while reducing waste and maintaining high production standards.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
International
- Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
This is normal, as different items may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- High shipping volumes
- Holidays
- International transportation delays
Market Butcher is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or has shipped, Market Butcher cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before production begins.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit:
- Verify the shipping address on your order.
- Check with neighbors or your local carrier.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage
Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery dates may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
